1. Use of the Service

Candor is a research tool. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Recording and Consent (Crucial)

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and permissions from your interview participants before recording them using Candor. Curious Labs disclaims all liability regarding the legality of your recordings in your specific jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of your Research Data and the insights generated from it.
• Our Platform: Curious Labs retains ownership of the underlying software, design, and AI methodology used to process your data.

4. AI Disclaimer

Candor utilizes artificial intelligence. AI can occasionally produce incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You should verify any critical insights generated by the platform against the original source audio/transcripts before making business decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curious Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Candor if you violate these Terms, particularly if you use the platform to harass, harm, or violate the privacy of individuals.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or via email.
